FULLY AUTOMATIC VERTICAL CHAMBER STERILISER PRODUCT INFORMATION:

  • To use just fill with water, set sterilisation timer, select sterilising temperature/pressure, turn on power switch, the operation is thereafter performed automatically. Illuminated pilot lamps display each stage and a buzzer announces the completion and cuts off the power source
  • Sterilising temperature is manually adjustable from 120ºC to 132ºC. It only takes 5 minutes to sterilise unwrapped loads (not including sterilising temperature build-up time)
  • Automatic air vent expels unsaturated steam from chamber. The timer starts only after the pre-set pressure is built up for ensuring a perfect sterilisation
  • Specially designed drying device accommodated drying heater, temperature regulator and timer provides efficient dryness of garments, instruments and rubber items
    Safety devices:
    A. The buzzer alarms and cuts off power in case of lack of water.
    B. Safety valve releases the over-pressures steam if the pressure rise over 2 kg/cm
    Sensitive exhaust valve evacuates steam slowly for sterilising liquid medicines, culture fluids and other liquids
